Good Daily Habits

Our teeth are important as they help us to bite and chew food, so that teeth help us to eat. We need brush our teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste every day. We can see our teeth become white and clean when we smile.We need to brush the teeth at least twice a day. That is in the morning and at night.What happens if we do not brush our teeth? Our teeth may decay and we may get a toothache. This is why we must brush our teeth every day. Then our teeth will be clean and healthy. Eating too many sweets can make our teeth decay also but drinking milk is good for the teeth.

We also need to keep our body clean when our body become dirty so that we need to take a bath every day. We not enough to bath with water alone, we must use soap too. We must make sure to wash behind our ears, between our toes, behind our knees, etc. After bathing, we will feel good and not fall sick easily.

Our hands can become dirty easily because we touch many things. We keep ourselves clean so that we wash our hands before eating. We also should wash our hands even if using utensils ( forks, spoons, chopsticks, etc.)to eat. We always need to wash our hands after using the toilet. We should wash our hands with soap if possible. If we eating with dirty hands or put our dirty fingers in the mouths, it may make our sick. So that we need to keep ourselves clean and healthy every day.
